Precision A/C Tune Up

Check and Clean outdoor coil

Level up outdoor unit

Check and Clean condenser fan and motor

Check Dual Capacitor charge

Check and clean contactor

Measure amp draw from compressor and fan motor

Seal penetration from lineset insulation – replace insulation if needed

Check for refrigeration leaks

Charge with Freon if needed(extra charge)

Check blower motor amps

Check evaporator coil

Check thermostat

Check condensate drain line
