Bill’s quote was a little higher than others I had received, however there were values added services he was providing that others were not. At the end of my comparison, I believe although I paid a little more, I got the best value for my dollars from Bill and Patriot Air. The Technicians that showed up to do the work were great, they were friendly, but not to friendly and busy all day working to get the job done. The team worked quickly and cleanly, leaving no mess behind. “I called and left a message last weekend. Bill called me back within 15 minutes and gave me a estimate for a humidifier. I told him I was waiting on a few others. Bill called me back on Tuesday and I arranged for the install for Friday morning. Installer arrived Friday morning as promised, went right to work. He was very efficient and answered my questions. Explained how the humidifier worked and the small amount of maintenance required. He cleaned everything up. Did a great job.
